Anyone in the Seattle area want to buy a ps5? 512GB disc drive version, with extra cooling, black side panels in addition to the stock Kaiba collar, one controller, and Demon's Souls. Hasn't been turned on in 3 years. Also have FF16 but it's the fancy version and I kinda want to hang on to it.

All this GN talk of multinationals hoovering up our personal information has got me in the mood again, this has been turned off for a while cuz it was interfering a bit too much with day-to-day stuff, but going to be experimenting with it again this weekend. Just updated the software.

Man, Steam Frame pricing is a *lot* for a snapdragon 8 device. For reference, the 16GB+1TB AYN Thor has similar specs but is only half the price. Granted the screens aren't the same (though there are still two of them) and no cameras, but still...

So these guys arrived yesterday. Three of them still had batteries; two of those (Bomberman and Pinball) had leaked. Bomberman was relatively easy to clean once I pryed the batteries out, but Pinball needs help. It's getting a deoxit bath now, gonna charge my dremel in case I need to grind the rust.

Long weekend goal: finish setting up desk after the full make-room-for-work-computer teardown earlier this week. It's actually already in pretty good shape but there are still places it can be improved!
