A huge shoutout to the UK for having clear, easy to find, Celiac-safe food options. When I went to Japan I LITERALLY had to eat out of convenience stores to survive. The US is also not NEARLY as thoughtful about the difference between Celiac-safe and “not gluten containing”.

Hey seriously, literally in the bills it says they'll also use identifying information, such as your age data for "other purposes". That means your data goes into a government surveillance database. This would be for ANY *OS*, which is the thing your fucking PC runs off of. Call your reps NOW.
