My thoughts on Hasan's comments that Jacob Soboroff questioned Abdul about today are, two things can exist at the same time: I do think Abdul needs to work for every vote, including Stevens' supporters *and* a part of me still finds it galling because of how racist the Stevens/McMorrow camps were.

I'm not going to lie and say the Jewish community in the United States is as anti-genocide as it should be. It's not. Our institutions *cough whatever the fuck the ADL is doing cough* absolutely aren't. BUT.

Somewhere between 2/3 and 3/4 of Jews will once again vote for Democrats this November, and again in 2028. 71% of Jews voted for Hillary. 69% voted for Biden. 72% voted for Harris. And among younger Jews, those numbers hit 90%. Don't listen to the noise.

This story you keep hearing about Jews abandoning the Democratic party or moving rightwards in droves? That's a lie. It's right wing propaganda. The data simply doesn't show it. If anything, Jews under 40 in the US are the most progressive generation of Jews *ever*.
