there’s no shortage of old white dudes with terrible politics and by all accounts Cleese was always a bit of a dick but this one is still so depressing, I was a big time Python nerd growing up and Cleese is imo one of the most gifted comedians of all time this just sucks

Y’all, I hate to rain on the dead bot parade, but the Yandex data center destruction doesn’t seem to have significantly impacted social media bots. I made temporal graphs of X posts about AfD around the time of the attack and there’s no sign of a sudden dip or residual impact on that conversation.

Update: I seem to have really impressed the auditor once again!! We have more and better documentation and he loved that. Our automation tooling is getting more and more advanced. Everyone on my team who got asked a question immediately knew the answer. It was fun!
