I don’t know why the Log Cabin Republicans should whack only the “T” from their mission. The “L,” “G,” and “B” missions are pretty woke also. If you’re going to be sacrificing your principles for political expediency, you might as well get them all out of the way at the same time.

Is being able to refine AI-generated text an important long-term lawyer skill? I'm thinking about introducing a "correct this essay" question on an exam, having a students comment on infirmities an AI answer to a fact pattern. Presumably, errors range from finding hallucinations to plausible slop.

This is dire, sad, and 100% accurate. The estimable Bob Bauer forecasts "the likely final collapse of bipartisan civil enforcement of federal campaign finance laws, and the prospect of an expanded weaponization portfolio at the Department of Justice."

The odd thing about the Hawaii Act 11 fight: it's a corporation-law statute, but the plaintiffs so far have skipped the foundational corporation-law doctrine that actually matters — reserved powers, ultra vires, Dartmouth College. It's all very inconvenient, maybe. But it *is* in play, guys.
