Can someone explain what the alleged fraud is here? They pay money and never ask for anything back, because they're not filing claims. How are they supposedly defrauding anyone?

It’s reverse fraud to not use the services your coverage allows, which is even worse than regular fraud 🙄

Today, 100+ Members of Congress are demanding that ICE get him medical care, stop trying to deport a key witness, and immediately release the video footage.
