The target comes out and starts helping them before 3 vehicles surround the scene. The car "experiencing" trouble then drives off with them.

Other folks have said it, but let me just note that: (1) lots of talented, must-read journalists have been let go from their jobs over the last year (2) millions of Americans are abandoning current media outlets and looking for new alternatives Seems like a sure-fire business opportunity here?
This is why if you learn nothing else for evidence literacy, learn to look up survey items and read them for yourself and think about how someone might interpret them.
