A colleague at edge of Ebola breakout is trying to prevent spread and isolate victims. NGOs have pulled out of region. Immediate funds are needed (tents, ethanol, etc). What's the best mechanism or organization to direct $ immediately? No time for slow processes, but creditability important. Advice?

A first for me today. My Air Canada flight into Pearson executed a "go around" just as we were about to be wheels down on the runway. (We circled and landed without issue on try #2.) Is this common?
