Different hormones interact with your brain in different ways. Estrogen is a neurotransmitter. I feel so much better on it. I think more clearly and my mental health is better. It's more than just the changes to your body. Physical effects are reversible within 2 months or so.

this thread is fascinating! i wonder if maybe i should start taking different hormones i looked up the list of changes, and they seem pretty great actually hmm. gonna think about it.

You can just take different hormones. You don't have to identify any specific way, or change your name, or change your pronouns. It's just a shot and a pill, or two pills. Managing levels is easy. And if the idea excites you, you should try it.
