Some people might not be aware, but it is entirely possible that without Dolly Parton we wouldn’t have had a COVID vaccine. She partly funded Moderna’s research and gave the largest individual contribution to make it all happen. Just gives you an idea of the kind of person she was.
There's no shortage of cynicism and apathy in the world right now and it's hard to maintain a positive potential outlook on the future. It is arguably the most important thing to keep your humanity & help out with the capabilities you have. You don't have to have millions to be a Dolly to someone.

I love her but I wish people wouldn't say there will never be another like her. She put in the work to enable hope, charity, and success in others every day & would want us to believe that a future of generosity & kindness is still deserved & possible even if she's gone now. We can all enable it.

Hip has been feeling fantastic thanks to the RFA and physical therapy, now starts the process of getting my knee worked on x.x Block tomorrow, ablation in three weeks. I’m a bit scared of the RFA because im not sure if I wasn’t numb enough or what but wow did it hurt those last 20 seconds.
Finished Cassette Beasts and cried like a baby; super excited for CB 2002. I think it’s up there with Pokemon for me. Currently playing and adoring Snacko, my soul cat Red Dog now lives on as my player character.
