So I struggle with emotional awareness and processing (alexithymia) and ALSO with random negative memories popping into my head and making me feel the old feelings all over again. THEORY: The memories are my brain trying to help me access and process the emotions I'm currently not dealing with.

This is shameful discriminatory and misogynistic reporting. People aren’t choosing disability to be “cool”. Young women don’t have to “prove” to you that they’re sick. Disability rates are skyrocketing because we’ve left a disabling virus rip through the population for over 6 years.
