There’s a few, but: Apathy laying the path for fascism to slowly make a return - pushing the boundaries until it is in the open and wearing the same outfits/using the same language & normalised until it’s too late. And that the fight against it might not be rooted in an already failed system.

If an internationally-wanted war criminal (whose forces have killed Americans) comes to US soil, attacks Americans (including the mayor of the largest city), and then says "Remember the beepers" in reference to a terrorist attack he committed — how can that be taken as anything other than a threat?

I’m fully caught up on #Lanterns now and absolutely love this show. I love the mid-season format because it gives you that Vol 1 / Vol 2 feel of a trade back story leading into each other but also kind of being self contained. And oh boy, did that eulogy end up making me cry.

I think it's absolutely mad that today there's a *national news story* about 400 oil platform workers losing their jobs, and the government being blamed. 25% of the UK TV industry lost their jobs in the last 4 years and we never hear a peep about it! Some jobs are 'real jobs' I guess.
If you hypothetically went to an event and beat the shit out of them for being Nazis - would that also count under ‘re-enactment’.
