Emma Cole@editrixemma.bsky.social · 2d agoI'm not going to get into it on Threads because I'm not a masochist, but sending your editorial notes to an author for a trad pub book that's already published is insane behaviour. The author vetted it, their editor did, a copyeditor, a proofreader...the book is written the way it is for a reason.
Last night we had brinner, and I made waffles. We had some heavy cream left from another recipe, so I turned it into Gran Marnier whipped cream for the waffles This morning the remnants go GREAT in coffee!
