Congratulations to our #Octocon2026 cosplay parade winner Seth Tuohy who was dressed as the Wicked Witch of the East from the Wizard of Oz - complete with a wicker handbag shaped like a house and sparkly red converse! Excellent cosplay!! Thanks to Kat for moderation & Karina for her help!
