Fun part about David Ellison destroying CBS News, 60 Minutes and his late-night show is that he'll never be able to get any of it back. You could argue that latter was heading toward obsolescence anyway, but the Weiss-ification of the news has led to a permanent erosion of trust.

Just had the fun experience of watching a live game gradually slip behind a pay wall like the sun going down on the horizon. Potentially huge Oklahoma state upset against Oregon starts on ESPN, move to ESPN2, moves again to ESPNews. One ESPN too many for me.
