This “game” on the White House website, a version of Snake where you play as a white man in a suit and you run around picking up identifiably black, Asian, and Latino men and putting them in orange jumpsuits, might be the most openly white supremacist thing I’ve ever seen the US government produce

Destroying American landmarks and building monuments to himself is an abomination. Not the single worst thing, but emblematic of the whole problem. I feel this too. People have always cared about symbols, many care a lot about symbolism today, and there's virtually no national voice channeling that.

Donald Trump is destroying the national capital to build Trump monuments. I wish liberal leaders would stop acting like it’s embarrassing to care. It’s an abomination, just like the war, the corruption, the racism.

It gets worse when you remember that the Strait of Hormuz was open before the war started. So we’re spending $40B and people are dying on both sides to return to the status quo from January. Everything is socialism unless it’s money for killing people in pointless forever wars.

The Supreme Court blocked the student loan forgiveness despite there being explicit statutory authority for Biden to do it and allowed the Iran War despite an explicit Constitutional prohibition on anyone besides Congress declaring a war.

my consistent opinion on this is that the left/liberal divide is exaggerated by the most pugnacious voices in each camp, we are all mostly on the same side, and this is especially true right now given our common enemy let’s tone it down until we put them in an electoral dumpster

Consider that this on-the-job incident of Temu-Mad-Men, strip club hazing happened only one month into her tenure at the Department of LABOR. The anti-woke workplace in a nutshell. This is what they are trying to take away from you!

Chavez-DeRemer requested an off-the-record stop at "an establishment featuring partially nude dancers," according to the report. She took money from her purse, gave it to the assistant special agent in charge of her security and allegedly directed him to give it to the performer, according to the report. The security officer sought guidance from another agent, who told him to comply, the report said. "Chavez-DeRemer then took additional money from her purse and asked the agent to drop the bills one by one onto the partially nude woman," the report said.
"The agent complied against his wishes."
The inspector general concluded that Chavez-DeRemer "developed and maintained an inappropriately close and unprofessional relationship with" the same special agent who told the other to comply.
But there was not sufficient evidence to say it was a romantic or sexual relationship, according to the report.

First day knocking doors in Parkrose Heights, and a neighbor showed me this corner. A car knocked down the light pole years ago. The City eventually put out a cone. But the light? Still not replaced. He told me: “If this were the inner eastside, it would’ve been fixed immediately.”
