100% agree. Now is not the time to go backwards. Congratulations to America, but you’ve proven multiple times that through either apathy or malice, you elect people who actively threaten other countries. This wasn’t a blip, it was by design and I don’t see us being best friends again anytime soon.

Hello, This never happened. It was teal and had nothing to do with the American election results. This kind of misinformation seems more fun than dangerous, but you’re feeding into the idea that Canada’s value is its geographical proximity to America. No 51st state, no matter who is in charge.

I’m so worried for my queer and trans family and friends in Vancouver today. For my indigenous friends and neighbours around the province. For our safe drinking water. For the whales in the harbour. And I’m so confused why so many people are able to vote for all this hate. I don’t understand. 💔
