This is absolutely true! A client got me the Chirp Wheel set I’d had on my list for ages that no one else would get (and it wasn’t expensive mind you). And that shit has changed my life. It’s not at all sexy and gave him no direct benefit. And yet it’s a very memorable and great gift!

People are not high-risk. Situations are dangerous. Predators are dangerous. Housing instability, criminalization, poverty, isolation, and institutional indifference create danger. A woman does not become less missing because her life was complicated.
