This is more common than you’d sadly think. In the anime voice acting sphere, there is a series of animated films made by an actual cult known as Happy Science. A lot of household name actors have voiced in these; I doubt many of them knew that when they recorded. Sometimes it’s just a paycheck.

i just pretend the ending of Dragon Ball Super's whole Zamasu arc doesn't exist, and it truly ends at Trunks splitting Zamasu in half, it pisses me off otherwise this is why no one gets immortality in this series, kills all the fun

The timing couldn't be worse because I was already financially slipping and struggling to find a cheaper apartment to alleviate the strain. And on top of that, I just couldn't find work at all for over a month. No one in the South was willing to hire a trans woman, let alone with a wage high enough to pay my bills and feed me. As a desperate gambit, I withdrew what little 401K deposit I had and moved up north to a state that, if nothing else, wouldn't be actively hostile to my existence. With the hopes that I could weather the initial instability, find a job and housing, and eventually settle in. It has now been a month since I moved. My money is completely gone and I have neither long term housing nor a job despite my best efforts. My bank account is in the negative, I'm drowning in debt that's been building for years, I have multiple unpaid bills that absolutely need to be paid for my own safety and sustainability, and I need food and medication, of which I have neither. And this airbnb I rented for a month (which is absolutely bare minimum; I don't even have kitchen access outside the microwave and fridge) runs out on the 24th. (Please continue)
