Saw a couple of fun new elements on a GBP this morning: an AI-generated summary, and the option to report it. The summary is nicely detailed, and the option to report it will be very helpful over time (I've had a lot of business owners contact Support when they were wrong).

Okay some GAI services are just really good. (With verification). The latest one I am amazed by? Image Describer. Synopsis text then great details about the image I uploaded. It nails the entire scene.

Good thread, @stefansomborac.bsky.social . Since reviews were turned off, schools that changed management were stuck with poor reviews with no way of bringing in new ones that accurately reflected their current state. With this new setup, their GBPs are in a sort of neutral state.
