This is the danger of anonymous "news aggregation" accounts like this, especially when they don't provide sources for their claims. This just straight up isn't true, but if you take the Alt National Park Service at their word, you'd never know it.
Our phones are not "bad for us" any more than the full moon is bad for us. We were definitely meant to stare at the full moon for hours and hours, night after night after night forever.
I think the only first step in actually dealing with this shit is coming to grips with the fact that they are never acting in good faith, cannot be reasoned with, cannot be shamed, and cannot be thwarted by their own rules (because they will simply change the rules when they don't like the outcome).

Very much of what is observably bad can be linked to the ability, without accountability or consequence, to broadcast any unfounded but politically expedient idea to a huge audience who are already bad at adjusting positions once taken (humans) and specifically a weaponized subset (conservatives).
