The free birth crowd are terrible for this. Your body is not broken, you don’t need any intervention. In fact, your body is corrupted by modern contagions. Left alone, your body works perfectly. It usually involves the noble savage idea - in rural Africa, women are untainted and pure etc

I know this is a common belief, but it’s not true. If people went anti-vaxx/MAHA because they were excluded from the medical establishment, we would see sky-high rates among poor people, minorities and the uninsured. We don’t.

At this point, insisting it's still useless is basically telling an entire industry of software professionals they're so bad at their own jobs they can't self-evaluate and you know better than them how to do it best. Which is the kind of hubris I normally only expect from other software engineers.
