TrumpsTaxes@trumpstaxes.com · 18h agoReally encouraging results thus far in Kansas. With about 1/5 of the vote in, Kansas voters are rejecting the Republicans' attempt to change the way State Supreme Court Justices are selected by a 40+ point margin.
AP calls a DEFEAT for Kansas Amendment 1, which would have replaced the current merit-based selection of state Supreme Court justices with partisan statewide elections. GOP wanted this change to try to overturn a ruling protecting abortion rights, but voters emphatically said no.
