Apart from Snyder dumbing it down, the Watchmen film really went wrong in the casting of Adrian Veidt. Every other character was pretty bang-on.

I am not a fan of like 90% of horror after being around too many people that make it their personality. Yeah we get it, you watched Nightmare on Elm Street when you were 8. Congratulations.

You suddenly get a narrator describing your life and there’s no way to turn it off - everyone can hear it. While shopping, at work, at home, with friends - the voice narrating your every move goes on. Who do you hope is the voice of this narrator?

This is anecdotal at best but what are the stats on army husbands killing their wives on Dateline? The last four I saw were all cases like that.

I always appreciated how, like Keith, most of the supporting cast from this era of Superman were non-powered civilians beyond just the traditional Daily Planet regulars. Metropolis never felt more consistently real or diverse, and a big part of that came from the Simonson and Bogdanove team.
