The official Haskell account is a beacon of hope in this godforsaken place.

Spent some time last night getting the example Waterfall-CAD models on my website to link through to the interactive playground: doscienceto.it/blog/waterfa... #haskell #3dprinting

I've been working on a #Haskell powered CAD playground, that runs entirely in the browser on Web Assembly Try it at doscienceto.it/waterpark/

Is the font "Roboto" called that because of the link to Android? or because it was designed by Christian Robertson?
So a man who earns enough to be one of top 100 taxpayers in the country via a business handed to him for free paid £12m in tax whilst creaming £100m in handouts from the state. And we're supposed to be lauding him for his transparency and not looting the palaces?! What a deeply unserious country.
I recently really enjoyed @mschav.bsky.social's talk at #ZuriHac so I tried to reproduce this chart in Sabela (a Jupyter-notebook-like project for #Haskell) seems like this Mbappé guy is not so bad either! 🤭
Immigration went down, and they didn't even care. Time to continue taking their demands at face value, I guess.
Has the government considered how much more cool going on the internet will be for kids when it's a crime?
I wrote a short explanation of Constructive Solid Geometry for the Sabela notebook community gallery sabela.datahaskell.com/s/c56a0001 #haskell

gimp is kinda jank yeah but when people have Serious Takes about how it needs to improve all i can read is "here is how these four guys working intermittently for free have FAILED to live up to the international company making twenty billion dollars a year"
GIMP is objectively unintuitive and also can’t parse text layers of PSDs properly, it’s designed by FOSS people that have never created tools for professionals. Telling someone to use it for their job is like saying you can make a feature on iMovie. Technically true but not serious.
sabela.datahaskell.com Sabela now has a community gallery. The highlighted examples show that Haskell can be a good tool for exploratory work.

I think I should touch more grass I scored 12 / 12 on "Extension Or Imitation" doscienceto.it/extension-or... Try it out? via @doscienceto.it #Haskell #HaskellLanguageExtensionOrImitation

Can you tell the real Haskell Language Extensions from the Imitations?

The past years have seen horrendous attacks towards trans people. We have a duty to protect the most vulnerable members of our communities. There is no Haskell without the trans people who have shaped it through the years. This June is a month of celebrations, but the struggle continues. ✊🏳️⚧️λ
