Just finished hosting the final for my class on belonging at Purdue this semester. It was my first time teaching the course, School Belonging: An Ecological Perspective. The students made me tear up as we were saying our goodbyes. I'm so grateful to have had this opportunity! XOXO

If you and a collaborator are having trouble utilizing your qualitative code book for a thematic analysis well, and there continues to be lots of misalignment, how would you go about correcting this issue? Just need some new ideas. Or some time-tested ideas. Thanks!
