Day 4 post trampling-by-500kg-pony and now the swelling has progressed distally I’m getting ulnar nerve symptoms 😳😢 however my CryoCuff’s new elbow attachment has arrived and I can’t wait to get it in as it will feel SO much better with some ice cold compression.

Well my star turn at the local agricultural show yesterday was not one I would recommend - tripped over and fell underneath my trotting pony whilst rushing between rings 😢 Still managed to get her to the right ring on time for my friend to show but it is pretty bloody ouchy 😳

Good. Now do it again with proper safeguards once we have proper end of life / palliative care services, and the benefits system is set up to make sure no one bankrupts their loved ones by choosing to stay alive a few more months.

Regarding the US Steel Building, ironically, the grandfather of a very close friend of mine was one of the original engineers- the bldg was built strong. Second, the brother of a partner of mine was an engineer that was immediately called to perform an inspection. While people were originally concerned, it was eventually cleared for occupancy- not creaking and ready to fall. I hope this brings some truth to that story. The second story will follow. We are five times stronger at Sea than our enemies and here is a small Fleet that we could gobble up in a few minutes playing the great vital Sea part of landing an Army in the enemies' rear and probably capturing the Russian Capital by Sea! This is "Holding the ring" with a vengeance! Are we really incapable of a big Enterprise? I hear that a new order of Knighthood is on the tapis -O.M.G. (Oh! My God!) - Shower it on the Admiralty!!
