Where I come from people live surrounded by the evidence of slavery everyday. It is not behind them. In Barbados or Tobago or many other Caribbean islands just running or walking through a field one can stumble over the detritus of slavery’s evidence. Abandoned, rotting but but not disappeared.

Imagine a world where schools no longer have to perform active shooter drills.
I dislike people who make videos of someone going through a mental health crisis for "likes" on social media platforms.

So, he's down 100,000$, broke his ankle, people are inundating him with messages about how they can't wait to piss on the statue, his fundraising efforts crashed at 1400$ and none of the rich far right figures he was clearly catering to cared? Sometimes the universe whispers. Sometimes it shouts.
