Tim's GenCon 2026 Check It Out list! At the tippy top: @dvcgames.bsky.social's Rosetta is a new edition of a language creation game I've wanted for years and never expected to get! Strange Slot Simulator by Hobby Japan is a deduction game that I'm only checking out because of HJ's past successes.
Went on a retreat and it involved a lot of quiet and journaling and nature. Also a circus skills-themed yoga workshop! Here are some things that stuck with us: One person's fun may be another person's perseverance. You win if you play. Practice is perfect.

If you’re just the slightest bit interested in logic and deduction. Buy two copies and spread the word. We L.O.V.E. this game. I hope more people will realise how awesome this game is!
Played some great #boardgames this afternoon that I found via recommendations from others. Here Lies by @dvcgames.bsky.social is an incredible co-op deduction game and Cheese Thief from Jolly Thinkers is a very silly social deduction game with a squishy foam cheese.
