Copyright has destroyed the artistic process. Every single artist throughout time has lifted and modified previous works, sometimes WHOLESALE from previous creators. It's always okay to use previous works as a springboard if you are human. If you are computer...halt and catch fire.

I issue you a challenge: Write your dungeons in 4-5 room elemental building blocks. Try writing a dungeon patch every week for a month. Post your dungeon patches on your blog so your friends can use them. Take dungeon patches from your friend's blogs. Make your megadungeons like a quilt.

The purpose of copyright is to create a space in which people can earn a living and do business based on creative labour. It's imperfect, but the basics are good. AI generation isn't creative labour, thus not part of that mandate, and thus should not be covered - and so far, isn't. Real simple.
