Similar to Hickman Family Farms, the popular egg supplier, which also contracts with the AZ Department of Corrections. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hickman was even approved to repurpose a large metal warehouse on their land into a prison labor camp so that production wouldn’t be interrupted.
