Never really been “bluesky”d before but right now there are a lot of people I fundamentally agree with politically who seem to be arguing with me against points I didn’t make, is that what this is?
Not an AOC fangirl by any means but I see people criticizing her for this and I gotta say if you don't see the (legitimate) concerns behind the (illegitimate) MAHA "movement" as, at the very least, a political opportunity, you are being willfully obtuse or blinded by privilege or maybe both

I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.

I’m gonna go put in a limb and say that a lot of the critics who have been most frustrated by dealing with the last 15 years of this kind of film fan are ones who, like me, actually *did* grow up loving “nerd shit” and enjoy thinking critically about it, which includes not liking stuff that is dumb
