A historically bad baseball exec. Either oversaw a string of appalling drafts or mismanaged the strategy of a generational core - or a bit of both. Have been saying for years he’s a fraud. Not happy to be vindicated as the O’s are a great club and that was a brilliant group.

Can bear this out. Worked at the BFI and we notionally got 12 free tickets to big ticket screenings at every LFF, but had to apply via ballot and include card details for extra tickets. One year I got them all. The next I got none free and a credit card hit of over £700. Truly bizarre system.
