This comes up in Unhealthy Politics by @ericpatashnik.bsky.social Gerber & Dowling. Reducing utilization of low-value care is good for patients & health systems’ bottom lines. The question is how best to curb overuse without delaying/denying appropriate care (whether to use a hammer or scalpel).

I will once again remind folks that a very sizable chunk of what looks like Congress not doing anything to push back against the president is in fact a consequence of the Court disabling/destroying all the ways Congress has tried to push back.
