Because people keep sharing the outrage bait: The public consultations for the Greenlink undersea cable in were in *2019.* The rerouting to avoid Dobby's 'grave' happened during the project design phase. Construction ended in 2024, and the cable began operations in 2025. This is not news!

One more attempt: do any Vancouver friends on here use LMNT electrolytes? The husband bought a Costco sized box, tried them at beach volleyball, but decided he prefers Nuun. So we’ve got most of a Costco-sized box of LMNT to give away to someone who’ll use it.

While on my walk today, I also saw some municipal election signs for a Vancouver Park Board candidate, but I could have sworn it's too early for campaigning. Aren't there rules about waiting until closer to the election?

A cautionary tale, from the world of hotel-booking. For about a decade now I've used Hotels dot com and generally I've had no complaints. But I have run into trouble in the past when booking rooms for the Toronto film festival. 1/
