Or you may have a continuing education program! We have Madison School & Community Recreation, where I've made felt flowers, taken readings of a lake, painted watercolors on a boat, paddled through the marsh, and more!

i can basically guarantee you your local community college is both cheaper and more interesting than you think (possibly even more so than your private or state schools) and they often have this kind of thing

Just finished this large (9”x18”) cross stitch project today. I had to improvise on the embroidery because it was meant to be stitched on linen, but I like how it turned out. Zoom in to see the details! Pattern: Twisted Band Sampler by Northern Expressions Needlework Fabric: 16ct white Aida 🧶

A rectangular design with diagonal bands of colors in rainbow order. The bands alternate between cross stitch and embroidery. Butterflies, flowers, and leaves make up the cross stitch motifs, interspersed with lacy embroidery patterns. The colors flow gently from one side to the other, with three shades of each color creating a gradient effect.

#PerfumeDiary Astrid - Not All Witches Wear Black: Fresh apricot, wild thyme, peaches, summer grass, and orange blossom. Herbally-fruity, sundress summer scent. The florals keep it from going syrup-sweet and keep it in bright juicy fruit & green.

[standing up in the theater when a Hamlet production cuts the lines between Reynaldo and Polonius] oh so we just don't know Polonius is the spy-master now? we just don't get that established, because who cares about MOTIVE? i can now assume Polonius is a crazy old man who just hangs around here? ok.

if you pay me i will review any shakespeare film you like and i will be catty as hell about it. i love finding the one line they cut or one word whose emendation they fumbled that changes the entirety of a character, their present scene, and thus the play as a whole

Listening to the first ep of "Let Us Survive: an Oral History of Sex Worker Movements Before and After FOSTA-SESTA" and I can't recommend it enough for people who care about labor rights, sexual liberation, and the violence done by people like carceral feminists, the religious right, and others
