A picture of the first gullgubbe to have been found in the Vestland region in Norway. The tiny golden square is around 1cm and embossed on it are a stylised man and woman facing each other. On his palm are three metal objects that were found at the time the picture was taken. Part of the field has been excavated and the findings show that it was a 100,000 square meter textile production area from the Viking Age. This Runestone was found during the excavation of a building that was likely a chapel or small church in Sondum in Sandi. The runestone was embedded in the floor of the building and its inscription hasn't been studied yet.
