It’s hard to explain but tv was better when you couldn’t watch the show you wanted whenever you wanted to watch it and most of the shows were worse and the TVs were worse and the entire experience was worse, that’s when it was better

Both are doing active, measured, intentional harm to trans people and supporting them makes you part of that. It's not just "getting mad over a silly game" any more than it is "getting mad over a stupid wizard book."
"Don't financially support the New York Times" is no more a 'bad take' than "Don't financially support JK Rowling."
Kick the transphobes out of office and you are also getting rid of the people who oppose free school lunches, it's really efficient actually
Fun fact: you can oppose trans genocide and children starving and bombing schools all at the sane time because it's the same people supporting all of those things
