7-10 April 2026 Breda, the Netherlands www.everythingprocedural.com

Been watching this game develop ever since the talk Nifflas gave at @everythingproc.bsky.social a while ago. Such a aesthetic and vibe, with an incredible audio engine behind it😍

Announcement: I'm teaming up with 505 Pulse for my game Rhythm Doggo. If you think you'd like it, please wishlist: store.steampowered.com/app/4090240/... Also there's a discord where we'll do playtesting discord.gg/3SG2ZxVeb The game's key art was made by @1neila1.bsky.social #gamedev #indiedev

Next talk is from some Houdini folks, showing a fully procedural rig and many other things that I only half understand because Houdini is a magic box that makes cool things appear if you know the right incantations. I understand the shown workflows, but have no idea which 200 nodes generate this.

The next talk is by Tim from Vertigo Games, about VR games and PCG in Unreal. It’s moving a bit too fast for me to live post it, but I appreciate this slide of generated as well as manually placed camera visibility points for automatic triangle culling. (Memories of visgroup calculation in Hammer)

I am at the Everything Procedural Conference in Breda for the next 2 days! It’s held in a beautiful space, an old monastery. There’s a giant red lit organ in the back as well, so I hope it’s used for one of the talks. Do you think it accepts midi?
