Make it exist first... then leave it exactly as it is because quite frankly other tasks take priority sometimes. It's already good enough and nobody will spot that tiny mistake, and the fact that you created something in the first place is already an achievement
I made a movie where I wrote every page and directed every second and and slept not at all and nearly died for and when people tell me I’m a filmmaker I go “haha I mean I guess sort of.” So the astonishment I have at the audacity of anyone who uses AI calling themselves a writer is intense.
The absolute gut punch of seeing mentors and heroes fall for the ai grift. Seeing their avatars flip to ugly generated art, their posts start to read like they were generated… lashing out at people who’ve clearly privately tried to walk them back to reality. We’re losing a lot of 50+ nerds to this
If a team makes a game that gets great reviews and doesn't sell, that's a biz failing but the silver lining is you caught lighting in a bottle -- protect that team! It's worth its weight in gold. If you jettison the team but keep the biz people, I don't know what to tell you

I am so tired of people who can't code telling me about how AI helps them code to 1% of the ability of a professional, which sure is 10x for them. It's like me telling people that the invention of music theory will make actual musicians obsolete because now I, too, can write chords that sound OK.
