It's like Amnesty International UK have never heard of the Streisand Effect. I fully intend on challenging this DMCA strike and force them to litigate this in federal court in the US if they want to take it down. This is squarely fair use.

They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.

I find it really fascinating how no member of the British political class can imagine doing more than one thing at once. You could freeze rents and introduce rent controls at the same time to stop landlords doing this.
