Es gibt so Momente, wo ein Artefakt aus der Vergangenheit einen innehalten lässt - mit der Feststellung was wir als Talent und Ästhetik in den letzten 20 Jahren verlernt haben. Wird es jemals wieder eine elegante Limousine geben, welche eine vergleichbare Reaktion auslöst?

I'm in France, trying to find some of SNCF's last loco hauled trains the next few days. I did a little desk research before and tried to map all the loco hauled passenger services in France. Surely, there are mistakes in the diagram, so please let me know if you spot something. #LaFranceTractée

In der Türkei gibt es ein Unternehmen, Karadeniz Karpowership, dass ehemalige LNG-Frachter zu mobilen Gaskraftwerken umbaut, und diese in der Welt bei Bedarf rumvermietet. Die Schiffe sind die wildestens Steam-Punk (oder eher LNG Punk) Geräte.

Rant 2/3 Auf den Websiten von SNCF und der Region sind sie nicht erhältlich, an den Ticketautomaten auch nicht. Einzige Lösung: Am Automaten im Reisezentrum der SNCF 🤯 Ich hasse diesen Schrottladen. Dieses 💩-Unternehmen würde am liebsten einfach gar keine Züge fahren und niemanden transportieren.
