Forever is a Feeling rose_quartz_kitten, the_widow_olivia Chapter 5: To the last drop (Ed) Summary: Ed could handle commiserating with Stede a thousand miles away. He could even handle the brief glimpse he saw from backstage as Stede tried and failed to sneak into the auditorium unobtrusively, clambering over students and muttering awkward apologies. But up close after the lecture, Ed felt wave after wave of familiarity and fondness. All he could think was, “My friend is here.” Ed and Stede reconnect in a maybe-possibly-probably haunted old house.
