Funniest thing about Emily Wilson’s review of the odyssey is how she enjoyed the movie she just doesn’t think it’s a good adaptation of the source material nor a coherent movie. And if you disagree with her about this, then you’re not really a Nolan fan, you’re just a Nolan fanboy

However real this is, I think it’s irresponsible journalism to frame it this way. It gives the impression this random woman more influence than she actually does. She WANTS to be perceived as inflammatory and newsworthy, as leader of a “trend,” and this framing is just doing the PR legwork for her
