Are there any gamers on Bsky with a disability or people in their circle who can share their experiences or point me to good resources/websites/products for one handed gaming (specifically left hand)? Also recommendations for games/systems that are disability friendly would be much appreciated.

As a game artist i hate the DLSS 5 stuff with every fiber of my being. It replaces the art that was crafted by an artist and sh*ts over it. In general, while not an anti AI absolutist, i'm against any img2img workflows for that reason. It's far crossing the line of what i find acceptable as a tool.

Process animation from my Queen Victoria stamps substance. The portrait was based on the photo of a silver coin. Masks and hatching was generated procedurally inside Substance 3D Designer.

Was searching for an account posting images of good looking pizzas for my interesting things starter pack. Apparently on bsky pizza means middle aged naked overweight dude. Every day i learn something new.

It’s incredibly humbling to be name dropped in someone’s portfolio day post and always a joy to see someone use some of my reference photos to make art. Go give Alex your support cos that’s some good work going on with that building and texturing.

#Portfolioday has come back again, figured I'd just quote the old post. I'm still looking for Remote positions in Environment Art, Full-Time, Part-Time or Contract I've been working on a small personal piece based on @deswalsh.bsky.social 's reference photos of Turville St but it's not done yet

last night : seeing the northern lights when they were this strong and visible (you could see all the shimmering and dancing with the naked eye, it was just a bit less colour saturated) was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. utterly humbling and astonishing near Tromsø, Norway

screenshots of the startmap I built for qbj3 or Quake Brutalist Jam III some fancy bits in here will be in the coming update, like the paintings and plaques

a dreary sky, a lonely grey concrete tower in the center. there are chambers on the base that a person can enter with stairs leading up to thema brutalist concrete lobby, with nice carpet, furniture, and plants hanging from suspended planters. the lighting is warm and welcominga cavernous gallery room, with a high ceiling and artificial sun panels pouring warm diffused light into the room. there is a statue of a floating octahedron in the center. plants and vines hang down from the walls. the room branches off into other chambers.view of a tall, oddly shaped hallway. carpet down the whole length. on the left there is seating, a cabinet, and a large painting of some abstract rock formation.

You want to spread some positivity? Just highlight an artist or dev that’s inspired you and just get others to check them out. Don’t be afraid to talk about who you find inspiring and has influenced your work. We don’t work in a vacuum we are inspired by our peers so share that.

The algo on LinkedIn is pretty awful too. I hadn't properly used the site for a couple of years and was surprised to see a lot of interesting stuff from peers on my timeline. Only took 2-3 weeks of engaging and now it's almost all gAI sh*t and discussions.
