The supermajority of money AIPAC has is also sourced from donors who are near universally MAGA or MAGA aligned. So, it's 1) Republican donor money, 2) being spent primarily on Democratic primaries, and 3) that spending immediately stops in general elections when both candidates are AIPAC approved.
It’s crazy. Everytime anyone writes about or interviews El-Sayed they ask about Hasan Piker and no one ever bothers centrist Democrats about supporters who traffic in genocidal language every single day. It’s almost like, and surely can’t be, that there’s an effort to undermine leftist candidates.

Will only become more and more true— one of the many reasons why I don't filter my perception of the Palestine question thru left vs liberal factionalism is because the actually pertinent divide is establishment vs anti establishment. But the establishment is facing immense pressure to concede here.

you know how we talk about 'normalizing' Trump? well I'm refusing to normalize right-wing interference by people who want me and my friends dead, and so should you.
It is just unequivocally really really relay good that we did not nominate someone who holds a view that is representative of 5% of the Democratic Party electorate on an issue that is only increasingly divisive.

If AIPAC's commitment to arming a rogue state isn't enough for you, I cannot emphasize enough that this organization is just a slush fund for GOP donors to influence Dem races. Their donor base is mostly conservatives who want Republicans to win.

This is pretty much exactly what happened. The polls dramatically overestimated how he’d do with whites and underestimated how well he’d do with Black voters.
