I read the @salon.com article on "a pattern of AEW deaths" by Andy Galbraith. Gorgeous George was a broke alcoholic. Not the same. Why list Fabulous Moolah, not a modern promoter known for abusing females? AEW hadn't used Andy Williams in months. Why blame? We should wait for the autopsy on PAC.

When I first saw PAC, he was in NXT as Neville. I thought “who is this weird looking guy” and he didn’t do much for me. But he quickly won me over, to the point where I had to see every match he had. Cut to AEW, where he joined at the start and became my favorite guy there from day one until now.

Imagine being a billion dollar company, by all rights too big to fail, and you're concerned about your competition to the point that it's keeping you from announcing dates for your annual household name big show.

@FightfulSelect Regarding WrestleMania 43 and the much-anticipated date announcement. WWE has been in no rush to make that information public. Currently, the company does not plan to announce anything in October, @WrestleVotes Radio on @FightfulSelect has learned. Sources indicated that given the special circumstances surrounding this event, including how ticket distribution is expected to work in the host city, publicly revealing the date simply hasn't been a priority. By doing this, WWE is keeping stateside competition in limbo when planning around that date. More details are available for Select subscribers.
