Pending before the court are two motions for temporary restraining orders joined for briefing pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 42(a)(1).? For the reasons stated below, the court GRANTS a temporary restraining order staying the United States Postal Service ("USPS") from implementing certain sections of its final rule, Ballot Mail for Federal Elections, 91 Fed. Absolutely wild to me that more progressive candidates don't run on the platform of changing the modern work week to better pay/benefits with fewer hours by framing it as the opportunity to get laid more, to hang out with friends and family, and more time with hobbies. People want to have fun.
