All I can say is that this internet age is especially violent, nasty, and despicable toward Black intellectuals. We are targeted more than any academic group esp if we are dark-skinned, fat, disabled, queer or trans.
I genuinely don't know how Britain can move forward as a society with our toxic press culture dragging us down at every step, poisoning everything.
I think it's bad that the UK press can escalate what is essentially a workplace matter into national news ahead of the fucking country being on fire and then get away with hounding their victim until they die.

And the media will get a lot of the blame. But those who perpetuated the lies and shielded Arday from facing up to them deserve more of it.
