btw if you’re ticked at AIPAC for whatever reason them spending a maximum amount of money to barely lose is ideal, 10/10, just as a pure matter of don’t-know-ball and forward outcome for them as an organization. this cycle has been catastrophic for them purely in terms of inputs and outputs

Somebody asked me on Reddit why people who use AI to generate Recomp projects are currently being rejected from the communities and what they can do to fix this. I might tweak parts of this to be a more general blog post at some point, but this should be of help to anyone in a similar situation.

I have thoughts on this that I should expand on later simple version would go like this: If you don’t know any better, then price is a very tangible thing you can judge easily and immediately. Quality/durability aren’t as obvious and may take years to notice. It is way easier to judge on price.

I think my most genuinely unpopular take is that a widely held and genuine consumer preference for cheaper, lower-quality goods, not private equity, is driving the decline in quality of consumer goods like clothing and housewares.

Saw the news and thought "Oh, this surely means there'll be an upgrade available for the Switch versions!" Haha, nope! If you have the Switch version and want the Switch 2 version, you just gotta buy the whole game all over again, at full price, and your save doesn't even transfer. Thanks, Square!
